Gear

Our recording studio located in Grand Lake, Colorado has a wide range of microphones, preamps, compressors, and musical instruments that can be used for any recording session. Our recording studio runs Mac Studio M1 ultra, and has all the power that is needed for high quality music production. The gear used daily is the UAD Apollo system which is the brain of the studio, and the main DAWs are Pro-Tools and Ableton.

The hybrid recording studio’s Hear Back Pro monitoring system provides up to 16 channels of independent headphone controls. Our outboard gear includes UA 1176, UA LA-610, BAE 1173, DBX 160x, Neve 1073 Preamps with EQs and API Preamps. The main monitors for the studio are Genelec with Focal subs and Yamaha H5 for reference monitors with a Dangerous monitoring system controlling them all.

The other equipment that the studio offers includes a Fender P-Bass, Fender Rhodes, Fender amp, Vox amp with cab, Marshall cab, Ampeg head and an Ampeg bass amp. The studio has over 50 different microphones including Neumann U87, Shure SM-7B, AKG, Lewitt, SM-57 and a Sennheiser 421. The studio drum kit is a Ludwig with 7-Ply maple 14x5 snare with a 24x14 kick, 13x9 tom and a 16x16 floor tom with around 10-20 cymbals from Zildjian, Paiste, k-custom and some other shakers and noise makers to find a great sound that will fit in the mix.
